Energy infrastructure context
Germany’s transition to renewable energy requires new transmission corridors that transport power from the windy north to the industrial regions in the centre and south. Increasingly, these high-capacity transmission lines are installed as underground cables. Identifying suitable routes is therefore one of the first key challenges in the planning and delivery of major energy infrastructure projects.
Construction supervision approach
Construction supervision for long-distance energy corridors focuses on ensuring that works are executed in accordance with the approved design, technical requirements and agreed quality standards. Continuous coordination across extensive construction sections supports consistent implementation and helps maintain oversight of construction quality throughout the route.
TEAMPLAN FBGM is a separate engineering consortium including H. Berg & Partner. This reference describes partner experience, not a contract delivered by TEAMPLAN FGM.
